Do you live too far away from one of our repair centers? Don’t worry. Our Phone Repair Service is available through the mail.

We have found that some people are worried about sending their iPhones or Androids through the mail but if you follow these simple instructions, it’s not only safe and secure, but the shipping is inexpensive and fast!

  • Download & Print out the Mail-in Shipping Form
  • Fill out your shipping form and package it with your device.
  • Package your device safely and ship it out.
  • Once your device is received we will quickly diagnose it and contact you by phone to provide you with an estimate and payment options.

Or take your device to a professional shipping store (UPS Store, FedEx/Kinkos) and have them do it for you.

Do-It-Yourself Shipping Instructions

Pack It Up

  • Purchase a small roll of bubble wrap and packaging tape.
  • For an iPhone or iPod Touch, pick-up a small, flat rate Priority Mail box from the US Post Office.
  • For an iPad, pick-up a medium, flat rate Priority Mail box from the US Post Office.
  • Put your iPhone, Android or iPad in the appropriate USPS Shipping box and seal it.
  • The USPS box adhesive works but we recommend you use the packaging tape to add additional security.

Ship It Out

  • Take the package to your local post office/ USPS station.
  • Ask the employee to add signature confirmation to the shipping package. This will cost an extra $2 but will get you a tracking number and proof that the package was delivered safely to us.
  • Keep the tracking number receipt to monitor the status of the package.
  • If you used the US Priority Mail boxes, we should have your device in 2-3 days. Add an extra day or two if shipping from Hawaii or Alaska.

Fix it and Send it Back

  • When we receive the device we will send an email to inform you.
  • Within 24 hours an iTech technician will fix the phone, package it up, and send it back. We will require a signature from you to accept the package.
  • You will then receive an email saying your phone has been shipped out. Also you will receive a second email from the US Post Office with a tracking number for your package. It should take about 2-3 days to arrive.
